Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is recruiting an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the CASA project portfolio in our Core Banking environment.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, solution architects, and external vendors to analyze requirements and design functional solutions. You will drive system implementation, create user stories and use cases, and ensure the delivery of compliant, well-documented processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Core Banking, CASA, Deposit Systems, or Retail Banking implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Produce functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and use cases to clearly define business needs.
• Support CASA and banking processes such as account onboarding, transactions, interest and fee management, enquiries, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure solutions align with business requirements and support system configurations and interface designs.
• Analyze change requests, assess business impacts, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and review SIT/UAT test scenarios, support defect resolution, data validation, and assist in migration and reconciliation.
• Assist in cutover planning, production deployment, and provide post-go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder collaboration, track requirements, risks, and project progress, and facilitate discussions for business sign-offs.
