Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Operations, Project Management, or Governance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with process mapping and billing support experience; excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project governance, track milestones, and manage end-to-end billing operations.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, redesign processes, and implement automated solutions to boost efficiency.
