Job summary

RS Recruitment Agency in Singapore is seeking a senior Tyre Business Lead to shape strategy, revenue, margin, and operating results for the automotive tyre vertical.

You will build the annual business plan and route-to-market across B2C and B2B, lead a nationwide dealer network, and win fleet, leasing, and workshop accounts.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Singapore tyre trade, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to drive EV/SUV fitments and online growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years in the tyre industry in senior leadership roles.
• Proven cross-channel experience in B2C and B2B tyre markets.
• Strong knowledge of dealer, workshop landscape, pricing dynamics, and EV fitments.

Responsibilities

• In charge of automotive tyre business vertical: strategy, revenue, margin, and operating results.
• Build the annual business plan and route-to-market strategy for the tyre category across B2C and B2B.
• Act as the single point of accountability for the vertical to management and the tyre principal.
• Build, activate, and manage an island-wide network of tyre dealers, workshops, car servicing chains, petrol marts, and car care stores.
• Grow numeric and weighted network coverage; open new buying accounts and deepen share of account in existing ones.
• Drive pattern and size mix, premium-tier mix, and new fitment listings - including EV and SUV fitments.
• Train counter staff and tyre fitters on fitment recommendation, product features, and warranty handling
• Win and manage fleet, leasing, car rental, logistics, and workshop-chain accounts.
• Lead tender and contract pricing, service-level commitments, and periodic account reviews.
• Build multi-year relationships that lock in recurring fitment volume.
• Develop online tyre sales through marketplaces and platform partners, fulfilled through the fitment network (click-to-fit).
• Ensure price integrity and fitment service quality across online and offline channels

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years in the tyre industry - with a tyre manufacturer, importer, or major tyre distributor / retail group - in senior sales, commercial, or business-unit leadership roles.
• Proven track record across both B2C (dealer and workshop sell-in / sell-out, retail activation) and B2B (fleet, leasing, and commercial accounts) in the replacement tyre market.
• Deep, current knowledge of the Singapore tyre trade: the dealer and workshop landscape, key trade groups, pricing dynamics across premium / mid-tier / value segments, and the shift toward EV fitments.
• Hands-on leader with high energy and trade presence
• Class 3 driving licence.
