Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of new proposals for High Net Worth policies. You will oversee a team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, track submissions and issuances, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and set priorities for the team.
• Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence.
• Provide coaching and expert advice to colleagues.
• Manage High Net Worth portfolio of new proposals with submission/issuance tracking.
• Regularly report KPIs to management.
• Liaise between distribution channels and underwriters on pre/post-issuance inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments on new business for High-Net-Worth policies.

Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance. As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all new business matters relating to new policies.

Job Description:

• Supervising and setting priorities for the team
• Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence
• Acts as a resource for colleagues to provide expertise advice/coaching
• Manage High Net Worth portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance
• Regular reporting to management on the team’s key performance indicators
• Liaison between distribution channels and underwriters on pre-issuance and post-issuance transactions as well as enquiries
• Work closely with relevant department on all new business matters relating to High-Net-Worth policies
