Job summary

HOCK BOON PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee the company’s business operations, administrative functions and internal processes in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with management, project teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support daily operations, assisting with planning and budgeting, and reviewing performance to prepare management reports. A degree or diploma in Business Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business management, operations or administration.
• Experience coordinating with clients, suppliers or project teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare reports and manage business documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
