Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
• 1-3 year experience in IT system analysis is preferred.
• Fresh Grad with good IT Degree or basic good university degree with 1-3 years of IT experience will be considered.
• Experienced in working with technical delivery team and banking environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Report preparation: identify and define detailed requirements / user stories from Business users / Process Owners.
• Analyse and document the to-be business and operation processes, perform impact assessment and effort estimation.
• Monitor and escalate issues related to requirements and scope-creep to project managers & team leads.
• Keep track of projects and workstreams' key deliverables & deadlines.
• Identify areas for improvement in internal workflows, and help streamline current processes and automation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to internal processes and automation workflow.
• Testing Management: clarify defects and classify findings as valid defect, data issue or change request.
• Project Management: assist team lead in managing project tracking (timeline, budget, deliverables) and prepare daily status reports.

Client: Bank Sector Client Based In Singapore

Working Hours: Full-Time, Mondays To Friday 9AM - 6:30PM

Work Location: North-East Region, Singapore

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work From Office & Work From Home)

What this role/project is about:

This role is part of an internal Technology team focused on developing automation solutions and improving manual processes for software development and IT projects within the banking sector. The person will work with Business Users, Process Owners and internal teams such as Project Governance, Process Assurance, Resource Management, Compliance and Risk to understand their reporting and process requirements. The role will help translate these requirements into automation solutions, dashboards and improved workflows for areas such as management reporting, problem management, release planning, project management and SDM (Software Development Methodology) processes. In simple terms, the role acts as a bridge between business teams and the technology team - understanding current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping automate reporting and workflows that support the bank's software development and IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis & Report preparation

• Defect Triarch - Clarify test findings escalated by test team and classify the findings either as valid defect, data issue or change request

• Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline, budget and deliverables


• Prepare daily status for multiple internal and outsourced projects

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.


• 1-3 year experience in IT system analysis is preferred


• Fresh Grad with good IT Degree or basic good university degree with 1-3 years of IT experience will be considered


• Experienced in working with technical delivery team and /or in banking environment will be advantaged .

Essential:

• Basic Knowledge with IT projects life cycle and Digital banking and related technology


• Good communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (Technical / Business users / Testing team)


• Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills


• Able to work under stress and fast-pace environment
