Job summary

SAKSOFT LIMITED is seeking a System Analyst in Singapore to join a tech-for-tech team. You will analyze requirements from business users, document to-be processes, and support automation of internal reporting and SDM processes for dashboard development.

The role involves requirements analysis, test management, and project tracking within a banking environment, requiring strong communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
• 1-5 years of IT system analysis experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with IT degree or 1-3 years IT experience will be considered.
• Experience in banking environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document detailed requirements from Business users/Process Owners.
• Document to-be business and operation processes based on requirements and assess impact.
• Monitor issues related to requirements and scope-creep to project managers.
• Keep track of projects and workstreams’ key deliverables & deadlines.

Responsibilities

Part of a Tech-for-tech team to automate internal manual processes.

Assist Business users, Process Owners, and internal teams including but not limited to GBT Project Governance, Process Assurance, Resource Management and Compliance and Risk teams to provide requirement on automating all the Management reporting / problem management /release planning/ SDM Process and Project Management reports for GTO Dashboard development.

Requirements Analysis & Report preparation

• Responsible to identify and define detailed requirements / user stories from Business users / Process Owners
• Analyse and document the “to-be” business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements, perform impact assessment and effort estimation
• Monitor and elevate issues related to requirements and scope‑creep to project managers & team leads
• Keep track of projects and workstreams’ key deliverables & deadlines
• Identify areas for improvement in various internal workflow, and help to streamline current processes and automation
• Maintain up‑date knowledge base related to internal processes and automation workflow

Testing Management

• Defect Triarch - Clarify test findings escalated by test team and classify the findings either as valid defect, data issue or change request

Project Management

• Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline, budget and deliverables
• Prepare daily status for multiple internal and outsourced projects

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
• 1-3 year experience in IT system analysis is preferred
• Fresh Grad with good IT Degree or basic good university degree with 1-3 years of IT experience will be considered
• Experienced in working with technical delivery team and /or in banking environment will be advantaged.

• Basic Knowledge with IT projects life cycle and Digital banking and related technology
• Good communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (Technical / Business users / Testing team)
• Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills
