Job summary

SUCCESS SAFETY CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to identify, develop, and secure new opportunities across construction, WSH, bizSAFE, ISO consultancy, auditing and outsourcing in Singapore.

You will cultivate relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, developers and corporate clients, and craft compelling service proposals. The role involves tender coordination, market analysis and travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, construction and outsourcing services.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and business partners.
• Able to work independently, identify new business opportunities and manage multiple projects or clients.
• Good sales, networking, tender preparation and quotation follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with preparing reports and business proposals.
• Self-motivated, responsible, target-oriented and willing to travel to client/project sites when required.
• Able to work effectively with management, operations, consultants and external stakeholders. Weekly 5.5 days work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the construction, WSH, bizSAFE, ISO consultancy, auditing and outsourcing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, consultants and corporate clients.
• Develop business opportunities related to construction work and IT services. Provide suitable service proposals to clients.
• Identify and secure outsourcing and manpower opportunities within the construction and related industries.
• Identify tender opportunities, review client requirements and coordinate the preparation of quotations, tenders and business proposals.
• Research market trends, upcoming construction projects and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
