Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management is seeking a Business Support Executive to bolster our business development efforts. You will support proposal preparation, drive tender submissions, and ensure client-facing materials are sharp and professional, working with internal stakeholders to coordinate key deliverables.

You will contribute to our growth strategy through efficient planning, organization, and meticulous record-keeping, while maintaining compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in business development/support in real estate or professional services.
• Strong MS Office and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of business development proposals and tender documents.
• Collaborate with teams to produce reports and client pitches.
• Record minutes and manage action items.
• Coordinate MA agreements and ensure documentation.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance before submission.
• Prepare materials for tender interviews and assist with deliverables.
• Manage Section 47 requests and other correspondences.
• Maintain internal records, trackers and databases.
