OPTRA Labs is seeking a Business Development Executive to help drive growth and guide SMEs through the early government funding journey. You will work directly with the founders to identify opportunities, engage prospective clients, and shape sales processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and thrive in a startup.
• Willing to manage multiple opportunities and organize effectively.
• Prior sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage SMEs through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery meetings.
• Manage the sales pipeline from outreach to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with founders to refine sales strategy and improve processes.
