Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years in business development, partnerships, account management or corporate engagement with CRM and event coordination.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.

• Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends, business needs and potential growth opportunities.

• Develop proposals, presentations and customised education solutions in collaboration with faculty and internal stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while supporting workshops, conferences, corporate visits and networking events.

• Maintain CRM records, monitor business development pipelines, prepare reports and support digital marketing and lead-generation activities.

• Support the Head of Department in strategic projects, research and departmental initiatives, while leveraging digital and AI tools to enhance productivity and stakeholder engagement.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Engineering or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, customer relations or corporate engagement, with CRM and event coordination experience.
