Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development to identify and pursue new partnerships with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.

You will build a robust pipeline and engage stakeholders to generate revenue. You will coordinate with faculties, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records and support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in business development, account management or partnerships.
• Experience in BD, partnership or account management.
• Experience supporting corporate events, workshops or conferences.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and pipeline.
• Experience with digital marketing or lead generation is a plus.
• Experience in higher education or professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and partnership discussions to drive revenue.

• Support executive education and corporate programmes.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor the BD pipeline.
• Prepare management reports on BD activities and pipeline.
• Support digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
• Contribute to wider departmental projects.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm, depending on HOD

Salary: $3,800 - $4,500

Job description

• Identify, develop and pursue new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate, government, institutional, international partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and partnership discussions to support business conversion and revenue generation.
• Attend external meetings, networking sessions and industry engagements with corporate and industry stakeholders.
• Engage prospective partners to understand their business, workforce and capability-development needs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, concept papers and other partnership materials.
• Coordinate with faculty and internal stakeholders to develop customised education and industry solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of executive education, customised corporate programmes and professional development programmes.
• Coordinate and support industry workshops, conferences, corporate visits, networking events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage stakeholder enquiries and follow up on related requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the business development pipeline.
• Prepare management reports on business development activities and pipeline.
• Support digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, research, reporting and other departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Hospitality, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, customer relations, partnerships, corporate engagement or a related function.
• Experience in business development, partnership management or account management.
• Experience supporting corporate events, workshops, conferences or stakeholder engagements.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts, opportunities and pipeline activities.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management or lead generation will be advantageous.
• Experience in higher education, executive education, professional services, consulting, training or government-related environments will be advantageous
