Overview

The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is a South Korean government agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Established in 2009, KOCCA is dedicated to advancing Korea’s content industry across diverse sectors, including broadcasting, gaming, animation, character licensing, comics/webtoons, creative storytelling and IP, music, fashion, and technology-driven content.

KOCCA supports these industries through initiatives in production, distribution, overseas expansion, financing, research and development (R&D), and infrastructure development.

In 2024, KOCCA launched its Singapore Business Centre to serve as a hub for facilitating market entry and expanding partnerships between Korean content companies and Singapore. The Centre leads various initiatives including business development programs, cultural exchange efforts, and research activities.

We are currently seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our growing team at the Singapore Business Centre. We welcome your interest and application.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and executing business initiatives and events to support Korean companies’ market exploration and engagement in Singapore
  • Analyzing participating companies and identifying suitable local partners or stakeholders for potential collaboration
  • Managing social media campaigns and content to enhance visibility of KOCCA Singapore and its program
  • Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, media organizations (TV, music, gaming, etc.), investors, and other key ecosystem stakeholders
  • Overseeing office management tasks, coordinating the Regional Director’s meetings and schedules, and handling ad-hoc administrative requests
Working Conditions

Contract Type: Annual contract, with terms based on experience, responsibilities, and KOCCA's internal policies

Probation: 3-month probationary period, followed by performance evaluation for contract continuation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: KOCCA Singapore Business Centre (Shenton Way, Central Business District)

Holidays: In accordance with Singapore labor laws and designated holidays by the Korean Embassy

Eligibility Criteria
  • Language Proficiency: Working-level Korean proficiency is not mandatory but strongly preferred, as it supports effective communication with headquarters.
  • Education: Must be a university or polytechnic graduate or expected to graduate
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and essential software applications
  • Work Location: Onsite (Shenton Way)
Remuneration

In accordance with internal regulations, the base salary for entry-level positions ranges from SGD 3,500 to 4,300 and may be increased depending on the applicant’s experience and capabilities.

Overtime allowance will be provided for work beyond standard working hours in accordance with internal regulations and applicable labor laws.
