Job summary

Diamond Glass Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead and own a sales pipeline in the façade maintenance and building solutions space.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with owners, developers, contractors, consultants and industry partners, present proposals and negotiate to close projects. Training is provided, with uncapped commissions and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Business Development / Sales experience in any industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive and target-driven.
• Able to develop relationships and generate opportunities.
• Strong follow-up and closing ability.
• Comfortable meeting clients and representing the company professionally.

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the façade maintenance & building solutions industry.

This is not a role for someone who simply waits for leads.

We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, develop their own pipeline and, most importantly, close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
