Job summary

Hutchison Builders PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in façade maintenance and related services. You will source profitable projects, develop strategies, and build a strong network of partners and clients.

Training will be provided for the facade industry. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 3,000–4,500 per month with commissions based on project closures, reflecting performance and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development in any field.
• Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
• Experience in securing building facade maintenance projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales in the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects.
• Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Re-sealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification.
• Set clear performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
• Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards revenue and growth targets.
• Generate regular reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends and to expand the company's network.
• Represent the company professionally and build a positive brand image.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
• Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
• Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
• Suitable candidate will be offered a basic salary range between SGD $3K to $4.5k with monthly high commission.(Based on experience)
• Commissions Separated from Basic Salary based on Project Closure.
