Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional in Singapore to identify and pursue opportunities within the commercial interior, renovation, and fit-out sectors. You will build a strong pipeline, engage clients, and guide proposals and pricing with internal teams.

You will manage negotiations, close deals, and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners, while tracking progress and sharing market insights for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to source and close new business independently.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong “hunter” mindset with confidence in sourcing and closing new business independently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage clients both remotely and in person.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
