Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage the insurance business pipeline and support end-to-end progression of high‑net‑worth and complex cases. You will follow up on outstanding requirements, coordinate underwriting and AML reviews, and ensure timely resolutions while collaborating with underwriting, new business, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track the IB business pipeline, including submissions, pending requirements and issuance.
• Support end-to-end progression of HNW and complex cases.
• Follow up on outstanding case requirements and milestones.
• Coordinate cases requiring underwriting, AML, operational or other internal reviews.
• Escalate potential bottlenecks and support timely resolution of cases.
• Work with Underwriting, New Business, AML, Product, Operations and other teams on ongoing cases.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups and approvals for IB cases.
• Support resolution of operational and process-related matters.
• Ensure key actions and outstanding items are tracked to completion.

• Assist with product, campaign and incentive-related implementation.
• Support ad-hoc business analysis and other IB team priorities as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in life insurance or financial services preferred.
• Experience in new business, business development, sales support or HNW insurance would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of life insurance processes and products.
• Strong coordination and follow‑through skills.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple cases and priorities concurrently.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
