Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to manage the IB pipeline, coordinate case progression with Underwriting, AML and other teams, and ensure timely resolutions.

• Manage and track the IB business pipeline, including new submissions, outstanding requirements, approvals and policy issuance.
• Support end-to-end progression of complex cases, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding documentation, case requirements and pending actions.
• Coordinate cases requiring Underwriting, New Business, AML, Operations and other internal reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks, elevate issues and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain regular pipeline, production and case status reports for management review.
• Assist with product launches, campaigns and incentive initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day business and operational queries from internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the IB business pipeline, including new submissions, outstanding requirements, approvals and policy issuance.
• Support the end-to-end progression of HNW and complex cases, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding documentation, case requirements and pending actions.
• Coordinate cases requiring Underwriting, New Business, AML, Operations and other internal reviews.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, elevate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution.
• Work closely with Underwriting, New Business, AML, Product, Operations and other relevant teams to progress cases and business requirements.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups, approvals and action items across multiple stakeholders.
• Support the resolution of operational and process-related issues to ensure smooth case progression.
• Prepare and maintain regular pipeline, production and case status reports for management review.
• Support business updates, presentations and management reporting.
• Assist with the implementation of product launches, campaigns and incentive initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc business analysis and provide operational support on key IB priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day business and operational queries from internal stakeholders and relevant channels.
• Provide administrative and execution support to ensure smooth and continuous IB business operations.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
