Job summary

LEZE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic Digital Executive to drive digital transformation across our Singapore projects and site operations.

You will implement digital tools, streamline site-to-office workflows, and champion technology adoption with project teams and contractors. You will lead tool deployment for CDE, BIM/IDD workflows, data capture, and analytics to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Construction or Digital Built Environment.
• 1–3 years in Singapore construction or similar digital roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong digital skills welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support digital construction platforms such as CDE and e-PTW.
• Coordinate BIM/IDD workflows across design to construction.
• Identify manual gaps and automate site processes.
• Deliver hands-on training for site engineers and project managers.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Executive to drive digital transformation across our construction projects and site operations. In line with Singapore’s Industry Transformation Map (ITM) for the Built Environment, you will be responsible for implementing digital tools, streamlining site-to-office workflows, and championing technology adoption across project teams, main contractors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Tool Implementation & Support: Deploy and maintain digital construction platforms, including Common Data Environments (CDE), digital defect management, electronic Permits-to-Work (e-PTW), and site monitoring tools.

• BIM & IDD Coordination: Assist project teams in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows to ensure seamless data flow across design, fabrication, and construction phases.

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing site and operational processes, identifying manual gaps and converting them into automated or digitized solutions.

• User Training & Change Management: Conduct hands‑on training sessions and workshops for site engineers, safety officers, and project managers to drive smooth tech adoption.

• Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data capture from field operations, generating actionable project insights, progress tracking dashboards, and compliance reports for senior management.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with software vendors, government agencies (e.g., BCA), and internal teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale new digital technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Digital Built Environment, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the Singapore construction/built environment sector. Fresh graduates with strong digital competencies are welcome to apply.
