Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager in Singapore to lead project digitalization initiatives and drive BIM/VDC adoption across large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

You will oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination, define and standardize workflows, mentor a team of Digital Engineers, and ensure timely delivery of design development, construction documents, fabrication, and execution using IDD methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline with BIM knowledge or certifications.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on BIM/VDC experience in main contractor, consultancy, or large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading BIM teams and managing digital delivery functions independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery initiatives across project teams for IDD projects.
• Champion BIM, VDC, and digital construction methodologies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across C&S, Architectural, and M&E.
• Develop and improve VDC/IDD standards, workflows and practices.
• Establish QA/QC processes for BIM/delivery standards.
• Drive BIM template management, documentation standardization, governance across projects.
• Ensure 2D/3D family standards are enforced through lifecycles.
• Mentor and develop Digital Engineers and BIM Specialists.
• Manage BIM deliverables for design, construction, fabrication, and execution.
• Monitor shop drawing production, coordination, and submission schedules.
• Facilitate design coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal teams via VDC.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools.

About the Company & Role

Our client is a well-established and highly respected A1 main contractor in Singapore's built environment sector, with a strong portfolio of large-scale building and infrastructure developments. As part of its ongoing commitment to digital transformation and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), the organization is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead project digitalization initiatives and drive innovation across multiple projects.

This is a strategic leadership role for an accomplished BIM/VDC professional who is passionate about advancing digital construction practices, improving project delivery efficiency, and championing next-generation construction technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive digital delivery initiatives across project teams to ensure successful implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) projects.

• Champion the adoption and advancement of BIM, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and digital construction methodologies.

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, and M&E disciplines.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve VDC/IDD standards, workflows, and best practices.

• Establish and monitor QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with organizational BIM and digital delivery standards.

• Drive BIM template management, documentation standardization, and governance across projects.

• Ensure consistency and enforcement of 2D/3D family standards throughout project lifecycles.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Digital Engineers and BIM Specialists.

• Manage BIM deliverables for design development, construction documentation, fabrication, and project execution.

• Monitor shop drawing production, coordination activities, and submission schedules.

• Facilitate design coordination among consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal technical teams through VDC processes.

• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools to track key project performance metrics.

• Identify, pilot, and implement emerging construction technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, with relevant BIM knowledge or certifications.

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on BIM/VDC experience, preferably gained within a main contractor, consultancy, or large-scale project environment.

• Demonstrated experience leading BIM teams and managing digital delivery functions independently.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Autodesk Revit

  • Navisworks

  • AutoCAD

  • Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Dynamo and Civil 3D.

• Experience with digital construction and project delivery tools such as:

  • Synchro and/or Fuzor (4D Planning)

  • Cubicost (5D Cost Management)

  • Power BI (Data Analytics & Reporting)

• Strong understanding of BIM documentation, model-based workflows, fabrication deliverables, and shop drawing production.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in both collaborative and independent working environments.

• Experience in large-scale building and/or infrastructure projects will be highly advantageous.
