You will bridge daily shop operations with long-term commercial expansion by securing corporate orders, boosting visibility on delivery apps, planning promotions, and analyzing KPIs to drive marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Corporate Expansion
• Source and secure corporate catering orders, office bulk lunches, and local event partnerships.Build and manage a pipeline of B2B client accounts.
• Digital & Brand Marketing
• Optimize visibility on food delivery apps (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda) and local search engines. Plan seasonal promotions, loyalty perks, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Market Research & Menu Strategy
• Analyze competitor pricing, local footfall trends, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the kitchen/operations team to test new menu items or combo deals.
• Operations & Reporting
• Track daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer acquisition cost, average order value, and marketing ROI. Coordinate with store managers to ensure fast order fulfillment during peak hours.
