HIGHLITE (S) PTE. LTD. operates a fast-paced cafe in Singapore, overseeing daily front-of-house and kitchen operations during busy takeaway periods. The role includes staffing, training, and ensuring consistent food quality while maintaining strict hygiene.

You will manage inventory, place ingredient orders, and work to minimize waste. Additionally, you will promote takeaway and delivery sales on platforms like GrabFood and Foodpanda, while delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• Experience in daily cafe operations and staff supervision.

Oversee the daily operations, food quality, and staff management of our fast-paced café.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations:Oversee smooth front-of-house and kitchen operations during high-volume takeaway peak hours.
• Staff Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service crew and kitchen staff.
• Quality & Hygiene:Maintain strict compliance with SFA food hygiene standards and ensure consistent food taste and preparation.
• Inventory Control:Manage stock levels, order ingredients (including meats, vegetables, and sauces), and minimize food wastage.
• Sales & Customer Service:Drive takeaway and delivery platform sales (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda) while ensuring excellent customer service.
