WORKFORCE GATEWAY PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional for a Singapore-based restaurant-focused role. You will drive revenue and traffic through strategic marketing, partnerships and events.

Responsibilities include managing digital campaigns, catering programs, and collaborations with corporate clients, travel agencies and event organisers. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills and knowledge of F&B promotions.

• Monitor sales performance, feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery and catering sales.
• Manage online delivery platform promotions and coordinate with platforms like GrabFood and foodpanda.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue, profitability and customer traffic.

2. Identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, catering services, private functions, group bookings and event reservations.

3. Promote the restaurant through digital marketing, social media platforms, online advertising and promotional campaigns.

4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, food offers and special dining packages.

5. Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers, business partners, travel agencies and event organisers.

6. Generate new customer leads and explore opportunities to expand the restaurant's customer base.

7. Coordinate with restaurant management and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, events and customer requirements.

8. Monitor restaurant sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

9. Develop strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery and catering sales.

10. Manage online food delivery platform promotions and coordinate with platforms such as GrabFood and foodpanda.

11. Handle customer enquiries, business proposals, corporate bookings and promotional arrangements.

12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management review.

13. Monitor competitors, pricing strategies and customer preferences to improve the restaurant's market position.

14. Recommend new marketing initiatives, partnerships and promotional activities to improve brand awareness and revenue.

15. Perform other sales, marketing and business development duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.

• Experience in restaurant, food and beverage (F&B), hospitality or service industry will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of restaurant marketing, promotions and social media management.

• Ability to develop corporate partnerships and generate new business opportunities.

• Good understanding of dine-in, takeaway, delivery and catering operations.

• Self-motivated, independent and target-driven.

• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools and CRM software.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
