Terrapinn is looking for exceptional graduates or those with 2 years or less sales experience to join our Graduate/Early Career Sales Academy.

This isn't a classroom-based scheme. It's a real Business Development Manager role where you'll work on one of our global events from day one.

Over six months, you'll receive structured training, coaching and hands-on experience while developing the commercial skills needed to build a successful career in sales.

If you successfully complete your six-month probation, you'll move into a permanent Business Development Manager role.

Business Development Manager

You'll join one of our global event portfolios and learn how to:

• Build commercial relationships with senior decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities

Location & Working Pattern

Location: Harbourfront, Singapore

Working pattern:

• Monday to Thursday in our Singapore office
• Friday morning working from home
• FRIDAY AFTERNOON OFF!

Language

Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is welcomed, but by no means essential.
