As our new Business Development Manager, your objective is to build and nurture relationships with corporate accounts to drive revenue growth through licensing and services sales. You will be responsible for promoting up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities, with a particular focus on Microsoft products and services. Furthermore, you will be working on new accounts together with the rest of the pre‑sales team for lead generation and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Identify and drive opportunities for new market growth, up‑selling, and cross‑selling Crayon’s service offerings
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly targets, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and maintaining customer data
  • Increase contact points and build strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct cold calls to proactively engage prospective customers
  • Demonstrated experience in sales/presales and consulting of IT solutions
  • Experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft or AWS
  • Knowledge of Security, and/or Data & AI solutions would be highly regarded
  • Experience with licensing from market‑leading software vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Google) would be advantageous
