Job summary

Deshin Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd is looking for a results-driven sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities in Singapore. You will prospect, qualify leads, present proposals and close sales to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships across the full sales cycle.

You will prepare quotations and tenders, customize proposals, track pipeline, and support annual marketing and sales strategy execution to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Seeking new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching and closing sales.
• Prepare sales quotations and tenders. Develop and customize business proposals and conduct presentations to customers.
• Generate new sales and leads to drive revenue growth for the company.
• Manage strong client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle and secure renewal of existing contracts.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and meet key performance metrics.
• Ensure delivery of services is in accordance with the contract.
• Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, sales strategies and objectives.
• Monitor and track sales performances, pipeline activities, revenue forecasts.
