Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business, engineering, building or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in business development or sales, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in construction, interior design, engineering or B2B services preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Building/Construction or related field
• At least 8 years of business development or sales experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in construction, interior design, engineering or B2B services is preferred
• Proven track record in securing large contracts and achieving revenue targets
• Strong network with contractors, developers or corporate clients in Singapore is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Able to lead and work independently in a fast-paced environment
