Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
• Basic understanding of inspection services is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customers in buildings & infrastructure.
• Key account management for strategic clients as assigned by supervisor.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects and associations.
• Coordinate regional/global contracts and provide market information.
• Participate in direct marketing strategy/planning and attend client inquiries.
• Handle tele-sales when required and assist other sales teams to identify contacts/leads.
• Prepare brochures and track records; weekly reporting on sales activities.
• Update visual presentation materials and coordinate seminars for the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
