Job summary

You will drive end‑to‑end sales cycles, identify leads, develop outreach plans, schedule pitches, negotiate deals, and build compelling decks for presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of business development experience in a social media or creative agency context.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present concepts and defend strategies.
• Analytical skills with data-driven campaign optimisation.
• Passion for pop culture, trends, content, KOLs and industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
