Job summary

RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to cultivate new opportunities in office design and workspace solutions.

You will engage SMEs and corporate clients, present proposals, and help tailor concepts to client needs. The role focuses on building strong relationships, researching market trends, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and engaging corporate clients.
• Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Sales, business development, recruitment, or client servicing experience preferred.
• Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or other B2B industries is an advantage but not required.
