Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to grow ICT, POS, hardware, software and cloud solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to quotation, negotiate terms and close deals, while building lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Candidates should have 1–2 years of ICT sales experience, an IT-related diploma or certificate, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS, hardware, software or cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, technical issues and payment collection.
