Job summary

Well Established Company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires 1-2 years of ICT sales experience and a Diploma/ITE in IT. Working location is Tai Seng, walking distance from the MRT, with 9am-6pm weekdays and incentives/bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software or cloud solutions.
• Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, technical issues and payment collection.
