Responsibilities

• Develop new business within construction, façade & architectural building materials industries.
• Establish relationships with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors & existing clients.
• Source and follow up on potential projects, sales leads and tender opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, meetings & presentations to promote products/services.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and relevant commercial documentation.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and project opportunities to secure new business.
• Implement sales & marketing strategies to increase company visibility.
