Job summary

Pixlr Group in Singapore is seeking a bubbly, creative marketer to lead monthly marketing initiatives and multi-channel campaigns, driving sign-ups for AI Learning Programmes. The role emphasizes strategic messaging, partner enablement, and content creation to grow learner engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/marketing, understands SaaS tech, and is familiar with Generative AI tools. Local market knowledge is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Degree in BA/BS/BBA or equivalent.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing, business development, or any client-facing role.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and love to create marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement monthly marketing initiatives to increase sign-ups for AI Learning Programmes.

The Job:

Sales & Marketing Execution

• Plan and implement monthly marketing initiatives to increase sign-ups for AI Learning Programmes.

• Develop and refine campaign strategies and messaging to maximise learner engagement and conversions.

Partner & Reseller Enablement

• Support promotional activities with resellers and distribution partners.
• Equip partners with tools, copy, and materials to effectively market Pixlr offerings.

Content & Communication Development

• Craft compelling copy for WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
• Communicate Pixlr’s value proposition clearly to different audience segments.

Innovation & Experimentation

• Propose and test new marketing tactics and campaigns.
• Embrace continuous iteration to scale high-performing initiatives.

The Person:

1. Possesses a degree in BA/BS/BBA or equivalent.
2. At least 3+ years in sales, marketing, business development, or any client-facing role.
3. Understand SaaS related technology or manage sales events would be an added advantage.
4. Familiarity with Generative AI tools and love to create marketing content!
