Job summary

BEYOND CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Marketing and Sales Leader to oversee all strategic and operational marketing and CRM activities in Singapore.

You will steer the sales and marketing functions, drive revenue growth, and provide critical market feedback to leadership on competitive offerings and client needs. The role requires at least 7 years in sales or marketing within a corporate environment, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to engage Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business related field.
• Experience of at least 7 years in sales or marketing.
• Experience in corporate/business-focused environments.
• Excellent negotiation skills with proven success in pitching for new business.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue via lead generation.
• Ability to interact with Chinese-speaking clients; China experience is a plus.

Job Requirement

• Must be able to interact with chinese speaking client as clients database are mainly from china
• High advantage for candidate who has previous working experience in China
