Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS targets MSMEs to upskill their workforce through AI-focused training solutions, with outreach via outdoor events, roadshows, and digital channels. You will engage in lead generation, sales engagement, and account management to drive growth.

You will report to the sales director and collaborate with learning delivery and digital marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduate required.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Willing to participate in events and engage in physical canvassing alongside digital outreach.
• Roadshow or event management experience is advantageous.

Job Function & Skills

You will target Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to upskill their workforce through our AI-focused training solutions. Your day-to-day activities include lead generation through outdoor events, sales engagement and account management.

Team Structure

Reporting directly to the sales director, you will be working with your peer in learning delivery & digital marketing to implement your go to market strategies.

Job Mission

You will target MSMEs in developing new digital capabilities for their workforce in areas such as generative AI, data analytics and robotics process automation. This will enable their employees to effectively use digital tools and harness the potential of AI technologies.

Job Prerequisite

• At least a diploma graduate
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Willing to participate in events and engage in physical canvassing in addition to digital outreach strategies
• Individuals with roadshow and/or event management experience will have an advantage
