Job summary

HR EVOLVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Partnerships/Business Development Associate in Singapore to support outreach, develop marketing campaigns, and coordinate collaboration opportunities with potential partners.

You will assist in onboarding partnerships, manage lead tracking, and coordinate meetings with the Business Development team, while handling basic admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable speaking with new contacts and partners.
• Organised with good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
• Fundamentals in Digital Marketing Campaigns.
• Experience in outreach, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience working with marketing or events teams.
