Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department as required.

• Train new and existing employees on proper customer service standards and operational procedures.

• Implement and maintain policies, procedures and protocols to support smooth and effective restaurant operations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements

• Willing and able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required.

• Must possess a validSingapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
