Job summary

You will partner with local hotels, event organizers and delivery platforms, coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team, support smooth execution of large events with the operations team, and report performance metrics to senior management.

• Develop strategies to increase daily walk-in traffic and off-peak sales.
• Track sales targets, analyze customer data, and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Build partnerships with local hotels, event organizers, and delivery platforms.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and VIP guest experiences with the marketing team.
• Represent the restaurant at local networking events and food expos.
• Work with the head chef and restaurant managers to ensure smooth execution of large events and catering orders.
• Share customer feedback and market trends with internal teams to improve menu offerings and service standards
