Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement business development strategies to grow the asset management business in Singapore and across Asia ex Japan.
• Expand current business lines, pursue new markets and opportunities, and manage resources effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with UHNW individuals, high-value corporates, and key industry stakeholders.
• Respond quickly to market signals to improve plans and stay competitive in a global market.
• Conduct market trends analysis, monitor industry events, competitors and clients’ needs to pursue growth opportunities.
• Travel extensively (over 50%) to target high-growth countries for business development.

Job description

- spearhead strategic growth for an asset management company in Singapore focusing on ultra high networth individuals and high value corporates in Asia ex Japan, mainly Indonesia

- to identify, develop, and implement business development strategies, expanding current businesses, and exploring new markets and opportunities, while managing resources and building key relationships

- to be assertive and insightful, and possesses strong business acumen to seek out new growth opportunities. To conduct market trends, industry events, competitors and clients' needs in order to pursue growth opportunities.
