DentalPlus Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a front desk role within our three-clinic group. You will handle patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, payments, and basic claims processing—CHAS, Medisave, and private insurance—and answer calls and inquiries.
No healthcare experience is required; a local diploma or degree and service experience in retail, F&B, hotel, or call centre will help you fit in quickly. Training is provided.
If you have worked retail, F&B or a hotel front desk, you already have most of what this job needs. What you probably do not have is a schedule you can plan your week around. That is the part we are offering.
5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

Take payments, and handle cash and card accurately
Submit and track dental claims — CHAS, Medisave and private insurance

Healthcare billing and claims — CHAS, Medisave and private insurance. This transfers across the healthcare sector, not just dentistry.
Clinic scheduling and patient flow, which is what keeps a three-clinic group running to time
