Job summary

DENZAI HUATIONG LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Analyst to analyze current system processes, design functional requirements, and develop work schedules so applications operate within set timelines.

You will provide system training and first-level support, monitor and report on improvements, diagnose IT issues, and maintain documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years experience in application support and implementation with proven skills in problem-solving and ticket management using IT service management tools.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and holds an A; Experience managing external vendor escalation and performance preferred.
• Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical teams and end users.
• Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, a positive attitude.
• Innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of application design principles, design patterns, and SDLC.
