Job summary

CANON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide daily support for business application systems including CRM, liaising with users and vendors to resolve issues and implement system solutions.

You will gather requirements, analyze needs, conduct testing with users, and prepare technical proposals. The role requires teamwork, independent work, and training users on new features; experience with CRM/ERP and relational databases is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science preferred; or equivalent experience.
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with administrative business application systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to details.
• Presentation skills.
• Able to work well in Team and independently.
• Experience in supporting in CRM and ERP [Order & Inventory management].
• Experience with relational databases including SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
• (with SSRS reporting and Data warehouse experiences will be advantage)
