Job summary

MAVENTREE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Business Analyst to work with government agencies and cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into digital solutions.

You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from problem definition and requirements analysis to implementation and continuous improvement, collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver pragmatic outcomes in a Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' BA or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience with Agile teams.
• Experience with government digital services and Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Singaporean only.
• Contract period from Nov 26 to Mar 28.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work with government agencies, product teams, engineers, designers and vendors to translate business and user needs into effective digital solutions.

You will support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from problem definition and requirements analysis to implementation and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience with government digital services, Jira/Confluence, cloud technologies, APIs, system integration or Government ICT governance would be an advantage.
• For Singaporean only.
• Contract period from Nov 26 to Mar 28.
