Job summary

Woh Hup Group seeks a Business Analyst (SAP GROW) to design, implement and support SAP GROW solutions with focus on FICO and MM. You will translate business needs into configurations, ensure compliance with local requirements, and collaborate with IT and business teams across Finance, HR, and procurement.

The role involves data migration, testing, end-user training, and ongoing support, with a push toward AI-driven enhancements in invoicing, cash flow, and analytics within a scalable cloud

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3 years SAP functional consulting experience, with at least 2 years in cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and MM modules within SAP GROW.
• Experience in construction industry processes and project cost management.
• Familiarity with SAP GROW Public Cloud deployments.
• Proven track record in data migration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to design, implement, and support SAP GROW solutions.

• Propose AI-driven enhancements such as AP invoice automation, cashflow prediction and procurement analytics.

Job description

The Business Analyst (SAP GROW) will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design, implement, and support SAP GROW solutions. The consultant ensures that business processes are effectively mapped into SAP functionalities, with a focus on scalability, compliance, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Work with business users to capture functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP GROW configurations and solutions.

System Configuration & Implementation

• Configure SAP GROW modules (primarily FICO and MM).
• Support integration with HR (Workday), Payroll (Strada), bespoke application, and banking systems.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (Singapore GST, Malaysia SST, AU tax, VAT).

Testing & Validation

• Review and develop baseline test scenarios and scripts for UAT.
• Support end-users in executing test cases and validating outputs.

Data Migration

• Assist in migrating legacy transaction data from SAP B1 to SAP GROW.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness during migration.

Training & Support

• Conduct end-user training and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for functional queries and troubleshooting.
• Propose AI-driven enhancements (AP invoice automation, cashflow prediction, procurement analytics).
