What You'll Do:

• Business Need Analysis & Design Thinking.
• Conduct in-depth business need analysis by engaging with various stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and current processes.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to explore user needs, ideate innovative solutions, and prototype concepts, ensuring a human-centered approach to problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to uncover underlying business problems and potential solutions.
• Business Requirements Making & Documentation.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed, clear, concise, and testable business requirements (functional and non-functional), user stories, and use cases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, data models, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with organizational strategic objectives and technical feasibility.

Job Requirements / Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in an IT environment.
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in [E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality] is a plus.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
