We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with proven SAP expertise to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience analyzing business processes and implementing SAP solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, and driving organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

• Business Need Analysis &Design Thinking
• Conduct in-depth business needanalysis by engaging with various stakeholders to understand their goals,challenges, and current processes.
• Apply Design Thinkingmethodologies to explore user needs, ideate innovative solutions, and prototypeconcepts, ensuring a human-centered approach to problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities forbusiness process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops andbrainstorming sessions to uncover underlying business problems and potentialsolutions.

Business Requirements Making& Documentation

• Translate high-level businessneeds into detailed, clear, concise, and testable business requirements(functional and non-functional), user stories, and use cases.
• Develop and maintaincomprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs),functional specifications, process flows, data models, and user acceptancetesting (UAT) plans.
• Ensure requirements are alignedwith organizational strategic objectives and technical feasibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field.

Experience:

• 2 years of proven experience asan IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in an IT environment.
• Demonstrable experience with avariety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in [E-commerce,Integrated Resorts, Hospitality] is a plus.
• Proficiency with businessanalysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
