Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an IT Product Manager to work with GovTech-style agencies, translating citizen and business needs into practical digital solutions.

You will apply Design Thinking and Service Design to identify gaps, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure deployment readiness while aligning with security and enterprise architecture policies.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Agile product teams.
• Consulting, software development or design experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

• Work with the Agency's business teams to understand needs of citizens, businesses and the Agency.

• Recommend suitable technology aligned with GovTech direction (cloud, enterprise architecture, legacy modernisation).

• Review change requests and propose improvements; coordinate with support team for fixes.

• Learn the Agency's business and operations; identify improvement opportunities.

• Review change requests, suggest improvements, and work with the support team to fix technical issues

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• 3 years and above of relevant experience in a similar role
• Consulting, software development or design experience is an advantage
• Hands on experience working in Agile product teams
• Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts
• Strong analytical, facilitation and problem solving skills, especially in discovery sessions and prototyping
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to influence and pitch ideas
• Driven, motivated and a fast learner
• Project or Product Management experience is a plus
• Motivated by innovation and customer satisfaction
