Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Analyst to support end-to-end project delivery across business, IT and vendors within a financial services setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field and 2–4 years of experience, with a must-have background in Financial Services or Fintech and end-to-end lifecycle exposure. Strong stakeholder management, Agile/Waterfall knowledge and hands-on approach are essential.

• Financial Services or Fintech experience is a must.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience is a must.
• Digital insurance or core system transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA, UAT, deployment and go-live activities.
• Manage testing resources and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, blockers and changes.
• Support data mapping, data setup and preparation.
• Maintain governance and project documentation for audit purposes.
• Coordinate stakeholders and resolve system- or project-related issues.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Salary: Up to $5,500/month
Contract: 12-month contract
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar / Shenton Way MRT stations
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Annual leave: 14 days
