Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large end-to-end banking transformation programme within our client’s operations in Singapore.

You will gather and document requirements, map current processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and controls. The role reports to the programme leadership, with responsibilities spanning governance interfaces, risk/compliance alignment, migration activities and change readiness.

Qualifications

• Support complex migration and transformation activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks and key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive consensus across business and operational teams.
• Collaborate with governance, risk and compliance functions to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into solutions.
• Support testing activities, implementation planning and organisational change readiness.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services or regulated environments
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Private Banking experience will be advantageous
